You can enroll by paying a nominal fee by bank transfer / Paypal.
There is a fee of INR 3000 / US$ 48 / GBP 36 to participate, as an incentive to bring in writers with a serious commitment towards writing short fiction. This fee will cover group moderation for the entire year and get you 12 detailed critiques from me; since this challenge is inspired by the IOWA workshop model, you will also get critiques from your fellow participants, though the latter is not a guarantee, more like icing on the cake 🙂 This is the caveat: Please do not come in expecting seven critiques every month; come in with the sole expectation of improving your craft.
